Collaboration Event with Oita City and Saiki City, Oita Prefecture!大分県大分市、佐伯市様イベントを開催しました！

We were honored to have Mayor Tanaka of Saiki City, Oita Prefecture, join us at the event. Using Oita Wagyu, Hamachi fish from Saiki City, and fresh oysters, we were able to offer new and creative dishes to many restaurant professionals, making the event a great success. We look forward to the next event and can’t wait for it!
