Daikichi: Dedicated to Omi Beef 近江牛一筋だいきち

The wagyu we use at our restaurant is air-shipped directly from Japan in a refrigerated state.
To preserve the meat’s delicate texture and natural flavor, we never freeze it, maintaining its quality through strict refrigeration.

Our wagyu menu primarily features Omi beef, along with Furano beef from Hokkaido and Nagi beef from Okayama.
Today, in recognition of our dedication and achievements, we have been honored with an Omi Beef Certification Plate from Daikichi Farm (Shiga Prefecture), established in 1896.
